It’s tiring to have run to AKPK three times before successfully submitting the debt management program application.

If the counselor had been very helpful, I wouldn’t have needed to go there for 3 times. He should have told me all the details that I should know so that I got everything ready at one shot. It’s lucky that I don’t live very far away from the agency.

The counselor is not as professional as I thought. I wonder if the agency runs an employment screening first before hiring a staff.
