Wait For The Tuition Fees Comments Off

To be honest, I am very tight right now; every dollar is so important to me.

I am still waiting for some tuition fees that should be paid by tomorrow. If the parents don’t pay me tomorrow, that means I must wait until next week. God, please make sure the payments come in tomorrow.

I think any new lighting or bedding set that I am thinking of buying should wait until I have spare money in hand.

Look For New Jobs Or Part Time Jobs Comments Off

Owing to layoffs, job losses, job cuts and pay cuts, there is an increasing number of people looking for new jobs or part time jobs everywhere.

Friends of mine who have been in admin careers for more than 10 years have to look for part time jobs to supplement their income.

In case the lose their full time admin jobs, they still have their part time jobs to pay the bills, meal and grocery expenses.

The Best Valentine’s Day Gift Comments Off

The best Valentine’s Day gift for my buddy this year is not a basket filled with weight loss pills. No.

The best Valentine gift for her this year is the phone call from AKPK credit counselor informing that her debt management program had been approved.

She received the long-waited phone call yesterday. Thank God. No more haunting phone calls from bank and creditors.

People Use Cash More Than Credit Cards Comments Off

People are using more cash now. My sisters and some family members have told me that they dare not simply use their credit cards.

To buy big tickets like ellipticals or 42″ Plasma TVs, they will use cash they have saved up for some time.

They will not charge them into their credit cards or sign up for installments on credit cards like the old days.

This is good, isn’t? People have turned back to using cash now.

Getting Questions About AKPK’s Debt Management Program Application Comments Off

I have been getting questions about AKPK’s debt management program and its application.

Remember I told you that the number of people asking and applying for debt management programmes will increase after the holiday season?

If you would like to read more about AKPK’s debt management program, look at the Categories section and find Credit Card Debt Repayment Plan.

All my AKPK stuff and application posts are in the Credit Card Debt Repayment Plan section.

Public Bank Doesn’t Charge PayPal Withdrawals Made Into Your Debit Card Comments Off

What’s the charge of Public Bank when withdrawing earnings from PayPal?

If I am not mistaken, Public Bank doesn’t charge PayPal withdrawals made into your debit card.

You are charged $5 by PayPal, not Public Bank. I mean USD.

Please correct me if I am wrong.  I don’t check my Public Bank debit card statements.

Perhaps I should have a look if there is any charge on PayPal withdrawal by Public Bank after I compare some digital signage prices.

Under AKPK Debt Management Program, But Banks Still Call Comments Off

Thanks ! But still received d call from bank asking for money.

Hi, Chong,

Sorry that I just saw your comment. I seldom check my comments now.

If you are a blogger, you’ll understand why I don’t read or approve comments anymore.

Okay, back to your question. Do you mean you still receive calls from banks even if you are now under the AKPK debt management program?

How long have you been under the debt repayment plan? If it’s only a month or two months, it’s inevitable that you’ll still get calls from the banks.

Just tell them you are now under AKPK debt management program. Or if they want any proof, fax the AKPK debt management program agreement to them.

Once they get to see the agreement, you’ll hear no more calls from them…;D

Although I am busy selling pet beds or cordless drills these days, I will still update this credit card debt blog every week.

So, do still drop your comments.

Setting Up A Niche Blog Selling Discounted Gucci, Patek & Fendi Watches Comments Off

I wonder if setting up a niche blog selling discounted Gucci, Patek and Fendi watches to let hubby the watch collector take care of it works.

Is this a very competitive niche market?

I have niche blogs and stores selling shoes, handbags, toys and games, and home and garden tools. They are doing fine and generating some AdSense earnings and affiliate sales.

But I am not sure about watch market.

Layoffs, Job Cuts, Job Losses, Store Closings … Comments Off

It’s February and news about layoffs, job cuts, job losses, store closings is still seen and heard every day.

A few of my blogging pals’ husbands have already been terminated or have had pay cuts.

This really worries my blogging pals who are not making much from their online businesses yet and have not much emergency funds in their savings accounts.
