The Money Saving Tip On Food That I Love Most Comments Off

Trying to save some money on food? Read my blog post of 4 money saving tips on food.

One of the saving money tips that I love is carrying some snacks like chocolate bars, chips and cookies while going around, shopping or travelling.

This works to reduce my hunger pangs and thus decrease the need to eat in a restaurant or fast food outlet in the shopping mall or search the mini bar in any of the anaheim motels.

If I really have to eat in a restaurant or fast food outlet, I will try to go there during lunch. Food during lunch usually costs less and there are many lunch sets to choose from.

$19 Per Night For A Luxury Room? Comments Off

I came across a great travel deal online after I made an appointment with the Plano cosmetic dentist.

You see, a luxury resort of the Rancho Bernardo is offering rooms for $19 a night, if you don’t mind sleeping in a tent.

The inn boasts three pools, a spa and golf course. It typically charges more than $200 a room. But business is down.

For $19, you give up breakfast, air-conditioner, lights, sheets and even the bed.

Staff will remove the mattress and headboard and leave a small tent instead.

Oh, and bring your own toilet paper. :-)

Check If Credit Card Points Are Enough To Redeem 2 Free-Night Stay At San Diego Hotel Comments Off

I have asked hubby to check if his credit card points are enough to redeem 2 free-night stay at the San Diego hotel.

With weakening economy and looming recession, I think this is the best way for hubby and I to enjoy a holiday without spending much money or breaking our savings account.

If I get to go to San Diego this time, I want a trip to the San Diego Zoo. A trip to the San Diego Zoo is likened to a trip to the African Rain Forest, the Arctic Tundra and a chance to see the natural habitats of some 4,000 animals and 800 different species living among the finest collection of plants in the world.
