Paying Off Credit Card DebtI have been asked if I still use Tune Money Visa debit card. No. I have stopped using it since I have had my Public Bank Visa debit card. So far so good.
Two failed withdrawals that caused a month’s delay in getting my online income is enough. I can’t stand it if there is a third time.
Besides, Public Bank is a bank. Tune Money is not. Though Tune Money is using CIMB, psychologically, it feels safer to deal directly with a bank.
Do you have any problem with your Tune Money Visa debit card? I have already stopped using it to withdraw money from PayPal.
I am currently using Public Bank debit card. So far so good.
My new debit card application finally arrived a few days ago. I have already added it to my PayPal account.
As for Tune Money Visa debit card, I think I will still go on using it. It’s not Tune Money’s fault that my PayPal funds was lost for more than a month. It’s PayPal’s fault.
So I will take turns using both of my Visa debit cards.
I am grateful that my blogging pal is willing to bank in cash into my savings account for these few weeks before my new debit card arrives. I wonder if the bank will reject my debit card application again. Well, just keep my fingers crossed.
No matter how busy my blogging pal is with her crib bedding online business, she will do the online transfer once I notify her.
To be honest, I find it safer to send my PayPal funds to my pal and she transfers money into my savings account.
I don’t know if I should go on using my Tune Money Visa debit card.
After setting up some spider traps in the house this morning, I could finally settle down for a cup of coffee while checking my emails.
I was hoping that I could see PayPal’s reply regarding my PayPal funds which I withdrew on the 15, September. I really hope that PayPal can trace the funds for me.
The amount of PayPal funds is not a big amount, but it’s enough for me to pay some credit card debt.
It’s the 28th today and my PayPal money is still not in my Tune Money Visa debit card account.
It has got nothing to do with PayPal. PayPal completed the transaction on the 15th! Even if Tune Money wants to believe that it’s because of PayPal, then let’s assume that PayPal needs 7 days (Trust me, PayPal never takes 7 days) to complete the transaction, the money should have arrived in my Tune Money Visa debit card account on the 22th. Today is the 28th!
It has got nothing to do with PayPal. I am sure it’s the Tune Money customer service department, finance department and IT department that lack in communication or cooperation when it comes to solving a customer issue.
Tomorrow I will have to call again to check if my PayPal money is in my account. Why not hop over to Tune Money website and check online? Nine times out of ten, the website is in accessible. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to reach Tune Money website. So far, it’s the only website that I find it difficult to get to.
Don’t tell me it’s because of my computer’s cookies, cache or history. I clear them very often.
Okay, enough ranting. I need to get some wooden swing sets at the shopping mall.
Just when I thought it’s a relief that I got to pay my auto loan installment, auto insurance premium and road tax renewal fee in time, something popped up. Yes, my money.
It’s always about money, isn’t it? This time, the money that I transferred from PayPal to my Tune Money Visa debit card was stuck in the system. I guess it’s a technical glitch.
I was supposed to withdraw my money using the debit card on the 17th or 18th. Now it’s the 23rd! I really hope that they fix the glitch as soon as possible so that I can keep on receiving money from selling fat burners online.
