It’s the 28th today and my PayPal money is still not in my Tune Money Visa debit card account.
It has got nothing to do with PayPal. PayPal completed the transaction on the 15th! Even if Tune Money wants to believe that it’s because of PayPal, then let’s assume that PayPal needs 7 days (Trust me, PayPal never takes 7 days) to complete the transaction, the money should have arrived in my Tune Money Visa debit card account on the 22th. Today is the 28th!
It has got nothing to do with PayPal. I am sure it’s the Tune Money customer service department, finance department and IT department that lack in communication or cooperation when it comes to solving a customer issue.
Tomorrow I will have to call again to check if my PayPal money is in my account. Why not hop over to Tune Money website and check online? Nine times out of ten, the website is in accessible. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to reach Tune Money website. So far, it’s the only website that I find it difficult to get to.
Don’t tell me it’s because of my computer’s cookies, cache or history. I clear them very often.
Okay, enough ranting. I need to get some wooden swing sets at the shopping mall.
